George Pratt, Tasman Bay Roses. 'Kaiteri Gold' (CHEwsofree) PVR. Another award winner - this time from Chris Warner UK. One of our first releases as agent for Chris Warner, we decided on this name to recognise the link between Chris and Tasman Bay Roses - Kaiteri was high on Chris' list of places to see when he arrived in our town, and he spent several days there enjoying the sun. 'Kaiteri Gold' is a wonderful bright golden yellow climbing rose - one of the first to flower in our garden - in full flight in early October, and flowering right through the summer. It is a robust shrubby rose and would grow well as a pillar and would most certainly look good on a fence.
