'MILcap' rose Description

Bloom:
Scarlet. None to mild fragrance. Average diameter 4". Large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, old-fashioned bloom form. Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact. Large, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.
Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
