'Lady Pamela-Carol' is named for Pam Graves and Carol Oswald in honor of the Heritage Rose Foundation. The three inch yellow flowers occur freely throughout the growing season. The six foot shrub is very disease resistant and hardy, probably stemming from its 'Carefree Beauty' background.
