Crimson, purple shading. Average diameter 2.5". Medium, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.

Notes:
Count Jean Baptiste Drouet d'Erlon, Marshal of France, was born 29 July 1765 at Reims. Condemned to death during the Second Restoration, he fled to Bavaria and opened a brewery in Munich under the name Baron Schmidt. He eventually returned to France, was made Marshal of France in April 1843 and died in Paris 25 January 1844.
This rose sets hips.
