Climbing. Glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.
Height: 43" to 6'7" (110 to 200cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
Patents:
United States - Application No: 11/509,692 on 25 Aug 2006 The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the 'Meipalsar' variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the product of the pollination of the 'Korwest variety (non-patented in the United States) and the 'Circus' variety (U. S. Pat. No. 1,382). The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows:
Meipalsar x (Korwest x Circus)
Notes:
There are discrepancies in the references as to the breeder. John Nieuwesteeg informs us that he believes it is a Meilland rose.
