I believe there was a 'Peace' sport named 'Golden Peace'. Is the Le Grice rose that sport or something different. Vintage Garden Book of Roses says about 'Golden Peace' ( 2006 edition, p.198) "Canary yellow blooms of excellent fragrance fade to cream, opening wide and frilly. Hardly golden, but a delightful rose."	REPLY

This is a bit of a mystery rose for me. I have added the only references I can find for 'Golden Peace' and have looked up every Le Grice advertisement in The Rose Annual, UK from 1959 to 1970. They do not mention it.	REPLY
