Bred by William J. Seidl (United States, before 1995).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 1997 as 'James William'.
Class:
Hybrid Lutea.  
Bloom:
Cream, dark red shading, purple flares.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 8.5".  Very large, single to semi-double, flat bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:

Height: 39" to 4'11" (100 to 150cm).
