Hi!

I bought a rose bouquet today and I'm really curious what type of rose it is. It's buff/antique rose/peach colored - is it a coffee type rose? It has many leaves that are very big, medium green and matte looking.

It looks like a rose developed for the florist trade. I believe the house of Tantau, under Mr. Hans Evers, became heavily involved in breeding and marketing florist roses. You might look at pictures on their website. Is it possible the florist might have a name for the rose, or for the company from which they bought it. If you could track back the distribution chain, you might eventually find a website with florist roses pictured.
