HELLO ALL, IT'S JUST FEB. & I JUST REC'D A POTTED ROSE NAMED LAVENDER LADY. IT ALREADY HAS NEW SHOOTS AND LEAVES ON IT. THERE'S ALSO 8 INCHES OF SNOW ON THE GROUND. WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS ROSE TO KEEP IT ALIVE TILL I CAN PLANT IT??? I CERTAINLY DON'T NEED A ROSE BUSH GROWING IN MY LIVING ROOM. HELP? DO I WATER IT? PUT IN MY SHED? THANK YOU, DOT

Make sure it's moist. Wrap it in newspaper or tuck it into a plastic bag and place it in the darkest coolest spot you can find until planting time. Check it from time to time to make sure it isn't drying out. Best of luck
