Pale or bright rose pink. Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Compact.
Height: up to 6' (up to 185cm). Width: up to 5' (up to 150cm).
Growing:
Vigorous. Blooms tend to ball in wet weather.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Sets hips. The assignment of 'Paul Perras' to Levet, 1870 by Cochet & Simon in 1899 is disputable. The same rose is described back to 1840. Prior to the "Nomenclature de tous les Noms de Roses", there is no reference linking 'Paul Perras' to Levet.
