Purchased from Houston Garden Centers 2010. This isn't an especially vigorous rose for me, even though it's in the pampered hybrid tea row. Blackspots very easily. Blooms are very strongly scented. Citrusy.
July 2013- Potted and ready for the move to our new house. I really do like this rose. It's a skinny bush with hardly any foliage, grows straight up and isn't especially attractive in habit. BUT the flowers are so amazing. I keep this for the cut flowers.
5/24/2014 - Planted in new garden.
8/8/2016- Almost lost this one! It was never happy in the bed I put it in, so I dug it out last week and potted it up. PP is already putting out new growth like crazy.
8/16/2016- Blooming again. SO happy that I saved it!
8/28/2016- Been blooming up a storm those highly scented purple(ish) flowers that I love, but also has started putting out a few bubblegum pink blooms at the bottom. Scented, but not as intense and less petals. May be a sport- will keep an eye on it.
3/19/2018- presumed dead
