Orange-red.  Color varies per season. It can be coral orange with black edging, turkey red with russet overlay or bright scarlet..  Mild fragrance.  8 to 13 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large buds.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright.  Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower, exhibition, garden, hedge, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Hardy.  very vigorous.  drought resistant.  heat tolerant.  rain tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  This rose blooms on old wood.  
Breeder's notes:
This is a somewhat taller, upright floribunda. It blooms all season long. I find it to be quite healthy and unique. It seems to like to send up a lot of new basal breaks.

Notes:
This rose's color is extremely dependent on climate, weather and season. It is quite the chameleon. Also, the color is almost always difficult to photograph. It is stunning in person.
