‘Judy’s Song’ (COUdith). 2003. A special rose chosen for the singer Judith Durham of ‘The Seekers’. Decorative spiral buds open to large fragrant blooms on almost thornless stems, and are ideal for floral decoration. Medium bush.

p5 Launch of a Very Special Rose. A new Australian bred rose has been selected to honour Judith Durham, the much loved singer of ‘The Seekers’. The rose named ‘Judy’s Song’ is a celebration of Judy’s songs to the world. A delightful soft pink rose with decorative buds has been chosen. The large fragrant blooms are produced freely on almost thornless stems, which will appeal to many lovers of roses. ‘Judy’s Song’ has been bred by South Australian hybridist Ray Courage, who has donated a percentage from every rose sale to aid the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Released by South Australian rose grower Ross Roses, plants of ‘Judy’s Song’ will be available for sale June 2004.
