Class:

Bloom:
Pink, lilac shading.  None / no, lavender fragrance.  11 to 15 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single to semi-double, cluster-flowered, in large clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, arching, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, spreading.  Medium, matte, light green foliage.  

Height: 4' to 8' (120 to 245cm).  Width: 4' to 8' (120 to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for garden, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Flowers drop off cleanly.  produces decorative hips.  shade tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Lavender Dream was removed from the Auckland Regional Botanic Gardens (ARBG) Display Trial because its trial period expired.

In Southern California, this rose can achieve easily 8-ft. in height, and a good 10-ft in width.
In Southern California, whether deadheaded or not, it repeats continuously right into winter, when it can produce a generous crop of small currant-like red hips.
