Bloom:
Mauve or purple blend.  Mild fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, spreading, upright.  

Height: 1' to 2' (30 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Tiny Petals Nursery says Herbie was introduced on January 1, 1987. Rich lavender blooms with a flawless exhibition form. Excellent for cutting stems or creating a dazzling garden display. The plant form is spreading and upright.
