Discovered by Antonius A. Pouw (Netherlands, 1993).
Introduced in Netherlands by De Ruiter's Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in 1997 as 'Blue Curiosa'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lilac - purple.  None to mild fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Glossy foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 28" to 35" (70 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
