"SATAN" (Ll. Pahissa 1940), fleur de tonalité sombre qui est devenue très populaire. Son créateur, Llorens Pahissa, amateur rosiériste, décéda deux ans après la fin de la guerre civile. Cette rose qui, depuis a été appelée "Llorens Pahissa" a obtenu, après la mort de son créateur, la Médaille d'Or de Bagatelle.

Pahissa's Rose, Satan, is a loose bloom with 20 to 25 petals of blood-red, with blackish shadings at first, but the sun soon turns it purple; however, they have considerable charm and a heavy musky fragrance helps a lot. It bloomed well during hot weather.
