Bred by Marcel Robichon (France, before 1962).
Introduced in France by André Eve/Roses Anciennes André Eve in 1964 as 'Aurore Sand'.

Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, copper blending, yellow shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
A reference of 1962 states the parentage as 'Odette Joyeux' x seedling.
