(Jun 1998) Page(s) 45. Includes photo(s). Sunset Boulevard Rose of the Year 1997... it was trialled at the Harkness nurseries in Hitchin for eight flowering seasons. Philip Harkness says "At first glance this was obviously an exceptional rose, so trialling was largely a matter of monitoring disease resistance. This turned out to be an easy job, as there weren't any disease!"... a multi-blooming large-flowered bedding roses... double cupped blooms in warm coral orange... repeat blooming is potentially continuous... a very low susceptibility to disease.
