The receptacle doesn't look tea to me.
I have just added a 'Bride's Maid' bred by Jef Orije before 2012 but unfortunately do not know what sort of rose it is, other than it is small, white and semi-double. The photographer of the photo Hof Pallen Hoven is from Belgium which makes me wonder if the photographed rose could be Jef Orije's 'Bride's Maid' rose.
