Bloom:
Crimson.  Mild fragrance.  up to 20 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  

Height: up to 9'10" (up to 300cm).

Notes:
The rose in gardens and commerce is not the original, except probably the rose at the Arboretum Borova Hora in Slovakia. The current rose is possibly the climbing sport of a Polyantha.

Rogers Roses has a photo of Gräfin Marie Henriette Chotek described as “A hybrid Rosa multiflora Rambler introduced by Lambert in 1911. Mid red flowers, double with a moderate scent. Photographed at the Sangerhausen Rosarium Germany.”
This photo cannot be the correct rose.
