'KNI004' was the result of a mutation found on a ‘MEIdominac’ plant in January 2010. The mutation was a distinctive hot pink as opposed to the pale pink blooms of the parent. The mutation was discovered by Daniel Knight at his rose nursery in Gawler, SA in January 2010 and has been grafted onto a multiflora rootstock for two generations without signs of reverting back to the original parent. Breeder: Daniel Knight, Gawler, SA.
