Now that it is mature, I would call this rose a grandiflora. It mostly blooms in even sprays of 4" blooms. The rose, at least for me, is upright, and quite healthy. Far healthier than Easy Does It and Foxy Lady, and as healthy as Easy Spirit and Pretty Dancer. At least here in NW Oregon. I compare them because I believe ALNT descends from Easy Does It. At least it seems so. The coloration is a bronzy yellow with even formal form and a darker hued edging, that pops open and becomes rustic reddish. I cannot recall scent but I want to say moderate and sweet. Its not blooming now for me to tell. It is also not a very tall plant, which I like. 4' or so. It has a lot in common with 'Caribbean' as far as plant architecture, bloom size, and plant habit are concerned.
I'm hoping this one just takes a little time to ramp up. It does seem healthy, but the bloom size and quantity is lacking. I will try to remember to update next year. Hopefully the blooms will eventually be more than 3".
