My husband purchased Fiesta on a whim at Home Depot, calling me to tell me of his purchase. After seeing the photos online, I thought, "this is the ugliest rose I've ever seen." To be fair, he'd seen blooms in person, but the plant he brought home was full of unopened buds. Our garden is mostly pastels: soft pinks, yellow/creams, apricots, whites, purples and blues. Though I feared Fiesta would be an eyesore, I'm glad I kept these concerns to myself. :)
It's definitely a statement rose and commands attention with the ever-changing colors of the blooms. It's fascinating how they transition from deep gold to electric orange/pink to apricot and pink to a soft cream with pink edges.
The foliage is deep glossy green and exceptionally healthy. It's not particularly thorny. So far, no disease issues, and its heat tolerance is quite good in our very hot and dry summer climate (7b). The bloom longevity is exceptional, and the scent is light and pleasant, though unremarkable. It's a very nice rose overall.

Not seeing any downy on this Veranda, unlike my fully grown Brilliant Veranda, that has already lost half of its new foliage from downy this spring. If it wasn't an easy keeper I could ignore, it would be gone.
So far, I think Fiesta Veranda will be better than most of the other Veranda roses (although Sunbeam Veranda is quite good, sans the mean prickles and weird fade).
I will try to remember to comment on its warm season performance, as this seems to be among the more relevant 2022 releases.
