Sharing an email to me today on the "Georgia Peach" rose:

The Georgia Peach rose was discovered by my brothers girlfriend, Beth Steele, in 2010 at a home in McDonough, Ga that my brother Brent had bought. The Georgia Peach rose was planted and growing long before my brother moved in the house. The rose had been there for years. His house was built in the 1930's.

After doing extensive research trying to determine which rose it was my brother could not find any other rose that matched. He then trademarked the Georgia Peach rose. Looking at the pictures of the Bubble Double we see differences. Far more petals per flower on the Bubble Double and a slightly different shade of pink.

There is only one nursery that carries the Georgia Peach rose. Wilson Bros. It is sold exclusively at our retail nursery and offered on our online store. We were part owners of gardenality.com and gardenerdirect.com but left both companies back in 2016. Pictures and information may still be on those sites.

The two roses are obviously different as Bubble Double was created through radiance induced mutation in 2010. The Georgia Peach was discovered naturally at an old homeplace in McDonough Ga. in 2010 and had been there for years and must have at some point spontaneously mutated from an old rose variety or maybe had been brought over from another country many decades ago. We still can't find any other rose on the market that looks identical to the Georgia Peach Rose.

Hope that helps you.
Thank you,
Brooks Wilson
