Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, before 2015).
Introduced in United States by Star Roses & Plants (Pennsylvania) in 2017 as 'Bloody Mary'.
Introduced in France by Meilland Richardier in 2023 as 'Moulin Rouge'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  10 to 16 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 42" (up to 105cm).

The new variety of Rosa hybrida Bedding rose plant of the present invention was created by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., seed parent) of the new variety was the `Noawel` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., pollen parent) was the `Meidanu` variety (non-patented in the United States). ...
