An experienced nurseryman said that the leaves were of a modern rose. Review of photos taken of the Weld grave in the 1990s shows that the rose was not present at that time.

The three plants I know are low-growing, to about 1m, and with good repeat. It is a very bright pink. Photo appears in a rose book by mistake for "Octavus Weld".
