Bred by François Cels (France, before 1817). Bred by Monsieur (Dr.) Cartier (France, 1821).

China / Bengale, Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow or yellow, ages to white .  Mild fragrance.  25 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Notes:
Identical to 'Flavescens' of Knight?
