Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink, fuchsia / magenta shading.  None / no fragrance.  7 to 8 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, mounded.  Semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 30" (up to 75cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).

The new variety of Rosa hybrida landscape shrub rose plant of the present invention was created during 2002 at Greenfield, Wis., U.S.A...The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the ‘Radrise2’ variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was the ‘Radcor’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 17,346).
