Bred by Jacobus Verschuren-Pechtold (1884-1946) (Netherlands, before 1939).
Introduced in United States by Henry A. Dreer Archive in 1939 as 'Sequoia'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Apricot, light apricot shading.  Mild fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bronze-green, leathery foliage.
