Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, 1987).
Introduced in Australia by Nieuwesteeg Rose Nursery Pty Ltd in 2004 as 'In Appreciation'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Purple - red, light yellow undertones.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 5".  Very large bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, narrow, well-branched.  Semi-glossy, dark green foliage.

In 1987, the seed parent ‘R.T.83012’ was crossed with the pollen parent ‘R.T.84306’ ...The seed parent ‘R.T.83012’ had red flowers and was a floribunda rose type. The pollen parent ‘R.T.84306’ was a taller bush rose with red flowers....Breeder: Hans Jurgen Evers , Rosen Tantau facilities, Uetersen, Germany.
First sold in Australia in Jun 2004 under the name ‘In Appreciation’.
