The hardiness for this rose is listed here as 7b and warmer. The Star Roses website for the Drift Roses Series and The University of Florida list Apricot Drift as being hardy to zones 4-9.

Rob, I agree with you on the underrated fragrance one of our local nurses had 10 to 15 and you could smell them over all the other roses.

To my nose, Apricot Drift has a medium to strong scent. Very pleasing. Disease free in my garden and is almost always in bloom. I don't know what the ploidy is for this rose (I'm guessing maybe triploid) but there is good fertility as a seed parent. I haven't used her pollen yet.

Thank you for sharing that. Not only does it have great scent, I've also obtained some promising F1 from Apricot Drift. Unfortunately, I lost it last winter but have a friend who is growing it and hope to root some cuttings.
