Waltz Time is an excellent hybrid tea rose that deals well with winter (it has been 14 years in our garden), blooms profusely, and the color of the rose is very nice. Waltz Time Rose has a downside, IMO: a propensity to black spot disease, and the shape of the rose gets deformed after a couple of days when it’s getting older, not for any external reason (pest or disease), but we love it.
