Why do the photos from the USA look like a completely different rose than the photos from Europe? Color, petal count, flower form, and flower size look different.

There was definitely a mix-up at some point. I first saw this rose in France, and it was completely different than the rose I later bought back here in the US. My plant came from Burlington Roses, and Burling told me it came from Ludwig's (back when Ludwig's daughter was in partnership with a rose grower in Arizona). After the partnership ended, they offered Burling some cuttings, and one of the roses was this Purple Lodge rose.

This plant is described as being 80-100 cms high and 50-70 cms wide-in other words,a rose that tends to be taller than it is wide. Yet the Landhaus Ettenbuhl photo shows a magnificent and graceful, wide shrub! Can anyone comment on the habit of this plant in their own personal experience, please? Also, how does it compare with Twilight Zone and Purple Eden aka Ebb Tide as far as habit, colour, re-bloom ,heat tolerance, and disease resistance are concerned? Thanks in advance for any and all comments!

The Landhaus Ettenbuhl pic shows at least 3 plants planted in group planting (or more if it's not only one row). I can't comment on its other attributes yet unfortunately.
