Bred by John Clements (United States, 1991).
Introduced in United States by Heirloom Roses, Inc. (USA) in 1991 as 'Oregon Rainbow'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, red shading, red edges.  None / no fragrance.  40 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 16" (40cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
The State of Oregon was admitted to the Union on 14 February 1859. The breeder of this rose came from Oregon.
