Hmmm. It seems as though someone has had more than one tipple.

I bought Old-Port as a tiny own-root from Burlington Roses. It grew fast, and blooms well in partial shade. It blooms in cluster, the color becomes deeper with soluble gypsum. The scent is fleeting, sometimes I catch it, but most of the time it's gone (both in potting soil, and in my alkaline clay). It's a constant bloomer here.

According to the patent, this is not a floribunda, but a HT.

Interesting. It's registered as a Fl. Does it get as tall as most HT's in your garden?

Not at all. I was very surprised to see the patent as a HT based on the growth, but I have other HT's I feel should be FL also.
