Found Rose, Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Orange blend.  Golden-salmon to clear yellow to straw. Clear yellow but can show reddish veining at times..  42 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Small to medium bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, narrow, upright.  Matte, dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: 5' to 6½' (150 to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Blooms: heat resistant, long-lasting blooms.
Pedicel stiff bristly.
Foliage: Thick. Significant (tiny) [?] prickles on reverse of leaves. Shape: tending to be orbicular. End leaf larger
Bush: Twiggy.

Member VictoriaRosa advises that she has both "Lundy's Lane Yellow" and 'Orange Ruffels' and they are different.
