Discovered by Bertrand Guinoiseau-Flon (France, 1889).
Introduced in United States by George Field and Bros. in 1890 as 'White La France'.
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1892 as 'Augustine Guinoisseau'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, light pink shading, light pink reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
