Bloom:
Buff - apricot, yellow center, apricot reverse, ages to cream . Mild, musk, sweet fragrance. 12 to 18 petals. Average diameter 2". Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Ovoid buds.
Habit:
Medium, few or no prickles/thorns, spreading. Medium, glossy, dark green foliage. 7 leaflets.
Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm). Width: up to 39" (up to 100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden, ground cover or landscape. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The new cultivar originated from a cross-pollination made by the Inventor in 1994 of the Rose cultivar Flower Carpet, disclosed in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7,282, as the female, or seed, parent with the Rose cultivar Scrivluv, not patented, as the male, or pollen, parent. The cultivar Horcoherent was discovered and selected by the Inventor in 1995 as a single flowering plant within the progeny of the stated cross-pollination in a controlled environment in Stansted, Essex, United Kingdom.
