Used to be many of these at a local park.

In truth, its more of a floribunda, and could probably win in an exhibitors hands. Always blooming and happy-looking. A little bit of bs at the bottom but nothing to cry about. Nice rounded clusters on a medium, bushy plant w/ moderate-sized blooms.
