p142. Maureen Ross. Ross Roses New Introductions for 2004. ‘Marnie Louise’ (TOMlou). Ross Roses Centenary Prize goes to Mrs. Swinburn of W.A. who won the right to name a new Australian rose. A beautiful Hybrid Tea rose of soft white with a pink blush will be named for her daughter Marnie Louise. It has a lovely fragrance, and flowers freely. This rose grows up to 1.5 metres tall with long picking stems. Bred by George Thomson it will be in the Australian True Blue Collection and available in 2004.
