Discovered by Ivan Louette (Belgium, before 2007).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta.  Strong, spice fragrance.  10 to 15 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, flat to cupped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:

Height: 39" to 9'10" (100 to 300cm).  Width: 6'7" to 9'10" (200 to 300cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  prefers cool sites..  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Do not dead head.  Do not prune.  Do not spray.  
Breeder's notes:
Natural seedling found in a thicket of Rosa palustris naturalized in Chaumont-Gistoux environmental rose garden.

Notes:
The petals have a very strong and smooth coriander seed smell (without any tracks of cloves) which can float in the air up to 20 meters far.
