Bloom:
White, carmine-red edges, silver(y) reverse. None to mild, rose fragrance. Average diameter 4". Large, double (17-25 petals), classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright. Large, light green foliage.
Height: 6'7" (200cm). Width: 47" (120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower. Very hardy. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

According to an anonymous online source, Delbard's rose, 'Empress Farah' is sold as 'Strawberry Parfait by White Rose in Canada. Apparently, they sell a number of Delbard varieties under different names.
