Sunsplash. This handsome rose has been named by James Cocker and Sons as the Convention rose.  The flowers are an apricot-yellow blend - light apricot upper and cream reverse, with a moderate fragrance. Set off by the glossy dark-green foliage, the plant has an attractive, compact growth habit, to a height of about 2-2 1/2 feet.
