Bloom:
White, light pink edges. Small, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form. Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.
Habit:
Short, spreading. Small foliage.
Height: 4" to 6" (10 to 15cm). Width: 8' (245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b. Can be used for garden or ground cover.
Patents:
New Zealand - Patent No: 946 on 27 Apr 1995 Application No: ROS472 on 17 Jan 1994 Trade Name: Green Snake.
Notes:
Green Snake was removed from the Auckland Regional Botanic Gardens (ARBG) Display Trial because it was not performing. Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Green Snake, from Louis Lens of Belgium, is a unique rose... the single blooms are blush pink to dusky-pink...
