Bred by Alfred Krebs (United States, before 1947).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1947 as 'Ming Toy'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Rose-red.  Mild fragrance.  50 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Very full (41+ petals), in large clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, leathery foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or cut flower.

My present invention relates to an improved variety of poiyantha rose plant which was derived from a cross made by me, between two unnamed seedlings.
Notes:
Other polyanthas developed by Krebs are from a line including Cecile Brunner. The description of this rose in the patent suggests that it might well be from Krebs's Cecile Brunner line.
