Bred by Joseph F. Winchel (United States, 1978).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Red blend.  Mild fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered to flat, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green, dense, leathery foliage.  

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  produces decorative hips.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
