I continue to be surprised by how frequently 'Fragrant Cloud' was used for breeding purposes. Did FC pass on its' famous fragrance to Felicity?

Although this rose is delecate in the pedal and beautiful to the eyes, This rose couldn't be compared to the beauty that is Felicity Kendal, Who is in fact the true English Rose!

Interesting that Penelope Keith (Felicity Kendal's sometime co-star) also has a rose named for her -- but it's a miniature! Felicity Kendal (actress) is only 5 feet tall, whereas Penelope Keith is 5'10". No rhyme or reason here...
