Bred by RVS Rijksstation voor Sierplantenteelt (Belgium, 1993).
Introduced in Australia by Roses and Friends Archive of closed nursery as 'Cera'.
Introduced in Belgium by Rijksstation Voor Sierplantenteelt (RVS) in 1998 as 'Cera'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Scarlet red.  Cluster-flowered bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 4'11" (150cm).  Width: 6'7" (200cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
