I can verify that Emmie Gray isn't Sanguinia or Miss Lowes having all three growing.
Miss lowes is Similar to Sanguinia but much smaller in all it's parts. Emmie Gray has a somewhat columner growth with flowers with an unusual matt effect. The overall effect is more refined than either of the other two. IMO, I think its probably a Sanguinia seedling

Have you compared 'Emmie Gray' with Ventenat's description of his Rosa diversifolia?
